I was present at the site when The Property Inspectors arrived (15 min earlier than appointed). Starting off not knowing a thing about building, inspections etc, I walked away from the appointment full of knowledge. After the kind gentlemen from The Property Inspectors completed the inspection, they sat me down and explained what was happening, what works needed to be completed and most importantly, what caused the defects within the property.
I know most tradesman take advantage of a female when it comes to pricing, advice etc… but this case was different. They were happy and more than willing to explain every nook & cranny of the inspection and answer any question I had, no matter how silly it was.
I am very glad I decided to lodge an online enquiry with them. From start to end, it was a privilege to have the team complete the assigned tasks.
