Are you in the process of constructing a new home? Have you recently acquired a new house, apartment, or commercial space based on pre-designed plans? The Property Inspectors can assist you in assessing whether the actual construction matches the proposed floor plans outlined in your building or sale contract.

Our team of Property Inspectors specializes in inspecting completed structures for any building defects, ensuring that the builder is held accountable for the quality of their workmanship. We are frequently called upon to conduct site measurements of internal rooms to verify that the floor area aligns with the dimensions specified in the plans.

While external elevation surveys are typically performed by land surveyors, we can provide commentary on the land surveyors’ plans to confirm if the building is situated within the originally designated location as outlined in the plans.

Internally, our Property Inspectors can survey the building by measuring the floor area of each room and ensuring that they are square and parallel to the proposed plans. This service is conducted on a do-and-charge basis, usually taking between 4 to 8 hours of work.

If you provide us with the architectural plans and site survey plans prior to our arrival on site, our office can offer you a fixed fee for this service. Alternatively, if you have already engaged our office for a general-purpose building defect report during the construction phase or upon project completion, we can provide you with a quote for this specific service while on site.

NON URGENT = 5 – 7 Day Turnaround. RRP = 3 – 5 Day Turnaround. URGENT = Same Day Report (Overtime Rates).

All fees and Terms & Conditions outlined within this website are on the basis that all orders are processed via our online booking portal within this website.

Our Non-Urgent price is a discount rate subject the order proceeding in the following manner:

• The order is submit via our website and online booking portal
• Payment is made via this website using the eway payment portal (credit card payment)
• The Site inspection to be carried out within 3 business days after the date of the order being received (depends on access availability)
• The report will be released within 7 business days from that date of the inspection (maximum 10 Business days turnaround)
• The commissioning party grants The Property Inspectors Pty Ltd permission to release the report to the vendor/ agent/ or other buyers / Interested parties

Our RRP price is our standard list price for our services:

• The order is submit via our website and online booking portal
• Payment is made via this website using the eway payment portal (credit card payment)
• The Site inspection to be carried out within 3 business days after the date of the order being received (depends on access availability)
• The report will be released within 5 business days from that date of the inspection (maximum 8 Business days turn around)
• The commissioning party grants The Property Inspectors Pty Ltd permission to release the report to the vendor/ agent/ or other buyers / Interested parties

Our Urgent Jobs price list is for all Urgent jobs that need to be done that day or the following day:

• The order can be submit via our website and online booking portal / Via a email / Phone order
• Payment is made via this website using the eway payment portal or over the phone with a manual credit card payment process
• The Site inspection to be carried out within 24 hours of the payment being processed / taken (depends on access availability)
• The report will be released within 24 Hours from that date of the inspection
  (Which always means after hours work and over time rates being paid to our inspector)
• The commissioning party grants The Property Inspectors Pty Ltd permission to release the report to the vendor/ agent/ or other buyers / Interested parties
