Rates quoted on this website are for a maximum floor area of 400 square metres and the commercial dwelling is assumed to be a strata dwelling. Any major or entire buildings are to be discussed and quoted by the office as the prices advertised within this website ate not for entire buildings nor torrance title properties.
Site inspections billed out @ $300 plus GST per hour including travel time for quoting on works and if approved whilst on site and inspection proceeds on the day of the quote being submit our $300 fee comes of the quoted sum.
