Our inspectors are qualified builders with a minimum of 27 years of experience in the construction industry, including 16 years as consultants preparing written reports for consumers. Our extensive expertise ensures that our reports are accurate, thorough, and reliable.
To ensure excellent customer service, TPI staff are available to take calls from 7 am to 10 pm on weekdays and from 7 am to 5 pm on weekends. This allows buyers to discuss any questions or concerns they may have regarding the reports with our inspectors directly.
