The report can cover all types of defects, including minor, major, and non-compliance issues within the property’s structure, subject to the brief provided by our client.

While we estimate defect quantities before inspection, the actual number can vary, depending on what our fieldworker discovers on-site. Any defects found beyond the initial scope are charged as variations to the original work order.

If the final report includes more defects than initially anticipated, these additional findings will be billed on a pro-rata basis, aligned with the quantity of defects outlined in the original work order.
